Our Mission
We are dedicated to bringing interactive workshops to campuses across the country to increase effective listening skills, mental wellness, and peer support among college students.
Our program, which was started at The University of Pennsylvania in 2005, resulted from an increased need of support for students who were facing mental health challenges.
